The BluFire PD20 comes with the battery already installed and a full user guide. Enter your age, weight, and stride distance, and you're set to track steps and calories. Should you want to set a daily step goal--10,000 steps for example--you can enter that, too. Once you enter all your personal data, it is saved in the memory--it's that easy.
